The villa was exactly as described. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks for a lovely few days. We had a great time!

The good points are that it’s in a nice, quiet location, the villa itself is beautiful, and the pool was a great addition. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by a number of problems. The electricity kept tripping which meant the fridge couldn’t keep food cold, this took two days for someone to come out, and even then the issue wasn’t fixed, so we had to spend the whole holiday switching the fuse box back on, day and night. This didn’t feel safe and really spoiled the trip. On top of that, the WiFi stopped working and was never fixed, there were ants everywhere, and the bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. Communication was very poor, it felt like talking to an AI chatbot rather than a person. When we finally met someone in person, she was nice and allowed us a late checkout, but by then the holiday had already been overshadowed by all the problems.we travelled as a family, with no microwave to heat the children’s milk and ongoing electricity issues. I would not recommend it!

The fridge didn’t work on arrival, and the kitchen lacked basic equipment. Only 6 of 8 listed bedrooms were usable. Cribs came without linens. Maintenance was poor, and most problems were fixed too late or not at all. The host was unresponsive and difficult to reach. This was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation but turned into a stressful experience. We do not recommend this property and would never book it again.
