Important: The booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our accommodation is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. 3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 7. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €599,00. 8. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 9. Please note that the majority of outdoor community swimming pools will be closed to the public around mid-September in Spain. Therefore we can not guarantee access to any community swimming pool during this period. 10. We do not accept all male or all female groups. 11.For all services provided by the resort an additional fee is applicable. 12. They will charge an additional fee for the Gym, Spa and indoor pool. Please contact the community reception for information. The openings hours and pricing are out of our control. 13. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 14. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us. IMPORTANT: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. These do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community. TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.

Usually I‘d give a 5 star star for the stay. Unfortunately we weren’t able to check-in in the night, since the code for the lock didn’t arrive on time. We stood there for about a hour and the host is not available in night time. We had to take another hotel. The next day it has been fixed and we were able to check-in. Besides that it was a super nice flat and I could recommend it to anyone. Make sure, you have the code on time when checking in later than 10 pm. They refunded the cost of the hotel for the hotel. That‘s the least they had to do. Not less, not more. The stress and the uncertainty within arrival night has not been „refunded“ tho. Communications seem a little AI-responsive.

Well, how do I start? I will start with a song 😘 ‘Hey did you happen to find the most beautiful place in the world ‘ Well I did 🥰😆 Aloha Hills Club resort is an amazing magical place Our apartment and the complex itself was 5 star and plus a bit more Meticulously clean, well run, fantastic food and all surrounded by beautiful flowers, trees and greenery. The lobster fettuccine is to die for as is all the food prepared by their wonderful chef. I can honestly say this is one of the best resorts that I have stayed in. The apartment itself is very high-spec, spacious and extremely well-equipped. The hosts agents are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The same goes for the Concierge staff, especially Marina who was so helpful and kind to me. The overnight security guys very helpful too, great for when you need a taxi to take you into Peurto Banus and Marbella Overall an amazing place to stay 🌟✨🌟
